Our Work
Purpose
We exist to represent the views of our members in discussions with stakeholders such as our landlord, managing agents, and local agencies.
We aim to foster a sense of community and shared responsibility, keep leaseholders informed about their rights, and allow them to influence how service charges are spent.
We work to ensure our landlord and managing agent uphold good maintenance and safety standards, and to help leaseholders address management issues.
Working Groups
Our working groups focus on specific actions we can take to deliver on the priorities set by our members. We have four working groups devoted to the topics that our members are most concerned about.
Each working group is chaired by an administrator, responsible for co-ordinating the working group and reporting to the committee.
