What is our Purpose?

The Residents' Association is a group of leaseholders at Barratt House, High Street Qaurter working together to represent collectively the views of its members in discussions with our landlord, managing agents, and other local agencies.

We aim to foster a sense of community and shared responsibility, keep leaseholders informed about their rights, and allow them to influence how service charges are spent.

We hope to ensure our landlord and managing agent uphold good maintenance and safety standards, and to help leaseholders address management issues of which they might not be aware.

Why become a member?

As a member of the Residents' Association, you will join a group of leaseholders working together toward the betterment of the community at Barratt House, High Street Quarter.

You will benefit from the right to have your voice heard and represented by the Residents' Association toward our landlord, managing agent and other local partners like the police or council.

Who can join the Residents' Association?

All leaseholders of a property in Barratt House, High Street Quarter, Hounslow, London with a long lease, who pay their service charge directly to the Managing Agent are eligible to join the Residents' Association.

To join the Residents' Association as a member:

  2. Print and return your Form of Authority (file download): here

*All members are required to grant the association authority to act on the member’s behalf, and to pay a subscription currently set at £10 per year.
